Who We Are?
Overview
This digital resource lab provides information and guidance in Tibetan and English for students wishing to apply to graduate programs in Tibetan Buddhist Studies and social science programs in North America.
Our mission is to advance the field of Tibetan Buddhist Studies by inviting native scholars and their experiences into the North American Academy. In order to accomplish this, the resource center will provide:
A collection of online resources designed for Tibetan and Himalayan students seeking to learn about advanced educational opportunities in Tibetan Buddhist programs in North America, including a list of graduate programs and the requirements for successful graduate study at U.S. and Canadian universities, is provided in Tibetan and English.
A center that provides peer-to-peer mentorship to support Tibetan and Himalayan students during their graduate studies and beyond. This program would connect Tibetan and Himalayan students to advisors capable of explaining the resources and providing advice to applicants and students in the field.

We are focusing on four aspects:
- Resources for Prospective Students
- Resources for Current Students:
- Resources for Post-Graduates
- Mentorship Resources
Our Core Values
We believe in empowering Indigenous scholars to achieve a sustainable academic environment.
